Job summary

Chico Hot Springs seeks a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with a friendly, service-first attitude.

You will handle bookings, respond to inquiries, assist with payments, and offer concierge services like local activity bookings while maintaining a warm, organized front desk during peak times.

Qualifications

• Positive service-first attitude and strong communication.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; Opera experience is a plus.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

About The Role

As a Front Desk Agent, you're the heart of our guest experience. You'll be the first friendly face to welcome guests, ensuring they feel at home from check-in to check-out. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a guest-focused, team-oriented environment and enjoys making every stay special.

What We’re Looking For
