Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Host in a fine dining setting.
• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Able to stand for long periods and handle guest questions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and seat them appropriately.
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
• Provide menus and inform guests of specials.
• Assist in maintaining dining area cleanliness.
• Answer phone calls and take reservations.
• Collaborate with servers to ensure guests receive excellent service.
• Ensure host stand is clean and organized; prep materials.
• Make reservations for up to 20 covers.
• Enforce restaurant policies, including children rules.
• Record guest preferences in the guestbook for future visits.
