Hyatt Regency Austin, located on the shores of Lady Bird Lake in downtown Austin, seeks an energetic Front Office Host to welcome guests and communicate hotel services.

As the face of Hyatt, you will manage guest registration, handle payments, and promote hotel offerings while delivering a seamless guest experience. Flexible scheduling including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Open availability; must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
