Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa in Texas is seeking a Front Office Host to welcome guests and guide them through the registration process. You’ll share hotel amenities, services, and promotions to help guests make the most of their stay.

You will process payments, handle inquiries with a friendly demeanor, and create memorable experiences through warm conversations that set the tone for a standout visit at our resort.

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining a positive attitude.
• A college degree or current pursuit of one is preferred.
• Open availability to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required for this full-time role.
• Previous front office experience is preferred, but a passion for hospitality is what truly matters!
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
