Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily F&B operations. The role requires open availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.

You will oversee outlets, lead a team, and ensure exceptional service that leaves guests with a smile. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in F&B, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must have true desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior serving and/or bartending experience preferred.
• Experience in supervisory role within F&B industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fundamental knowledge of F&B operations.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.

As the F&B Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations and oversight of our Food & Beverage outlets as needed, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
