Job summary

The Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, MO is seeking charismatic hospitality professionals to join our TEAM as Front Desk Agent. You will be a key part of guest experiences, welcoming guests, managing information, distributing keys, and answering inquiries to ensure a memorable stay.

We value energy, customer service, and the ability to work flexible schedules including days, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided to grow into future leadership through our Management Development Program;

Qualifications

• Prior front desk experience in a brand setting or luxury hotel environment; willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack).
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills highly desired.
• Flexible schedule for days, weekends, and holidays.
• High energy with strong people skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Clear communication of complex ideas in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will welcome guests, manage their information, distribute keys, and assign rooms, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us.

Requirements:

• Prior front desk experience in a brand setting or luxury hotel environment is ideal, but willing to train the right customer service professional looking to grow their career. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!
• Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack)
• Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired
• Flexible schedule required for days, weekends, and holidays
• High energy with effective and influential people skills. Positive attitude and the desire to motivate others
• The ability to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously should pose a challenge without being overwhelming
• Ability to comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas

$16.00 per hour
