Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Inn at Perry Cabin in Maryland seeks a Director of Front Office to lead all Front Office operations with a focus on exceptional guest service and smooth arrivals. You will oversee Front Desk, Night Audit, Guest Services, and coordinate with third-party valet and bell staff to maintain Forbes standards.

You will hire, train, and mentor front office teammates, manage schedules and payroll, and ensure a warm, efficient arrival experience for every guest while upholding

Qualifications

• Experience leading Front Office teams in a luxury hotel.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train staff.
• Knowledge of Forbes service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Desk, Night Audit, and Guest Services staff; coordinate with valets, door staff, and bell staff.
• Hire, train, and evaluate front office personnel; conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure smooth arrivals/departures and VIP escort when possible; maintain lobby and front drive areas.
