Job summary

Vertus Partners in New York seeks a senior technology and change leader to drive Digital Transformation for its Private Credit front office initiatives. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery, and is based in NYC with on-site presence.

You will lead a globally distributed team (NYC, Philadelphia, London, India) of ~10 professionals, delivering internally developed front office apps and configuring vendor solutions, while managing senior stakeholders across Front Office, Tech

Qualifications

Extensive experience in digital transformation with a focus on front office initiatives in finance.
Deep knowledge of Private Credit and related systems (Allvue, eFront).
Proven background in leading technology and change teams and matrix management of larger programs.

Responsibilities

Lead a globally distributed Digital Transformation function (~10 people) focusing on front office change.
Design and deliver digital solutions for Private Credit front office, including custom apps and vendor implementations.
Maintain senior Front Office relationships and coordinate with Technology leadership and Operations.
Analyze current-state operating models and design future-state to enable platform growth.
