Closets by Design in Palm City, FL is seeking a friendly Front Office/Customer Service representative to join our team immediately. You will help ensure client satisfaction by communicating in a professional, welcoming manner and supporting the sales and installation workflow.

Responsibilities include answering and directing calls, booking appointments, managing designers' calendars in CRM, greeting visitors, and providing general office support for the sales and production teams.

Qualifications

• No degree required; candidates with office experience preferred.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.
