Job summary

Closets by Design Richmond is seeking a Front Office/Customer Coordinator to support daily operations, answer calls, schedule appointments, and greet visitors with professionalism. You will manage calendars in our CRM, coordinate with designers and installers, and provide essential administrative support to the sales and production teams.
