Smile Central Park is seeking an experienced Dental Front Office Coordinator with periodontal scheduling experience to join our established Manhattan practice.
Because periodontal care is a significant part of our practice, we are specifically looking for someone who understands the workflow of a periodontal office and can confidently manage periodontal scheduling, treatment sequencing, maintenance and recall, and patient coordination. Previous dental front-office experience with direct periodontal scheduling experience is required.
This is not an Office Manager position. Our practice has established management in place. This role is focused on being a knowledgeable, dependable point of contact for our patients while keeping the front-office and periodontal scheduling workflow organized and moving.
Dental front-office experience and hands-on periodontal scheduling experience are required for this position.
Candidates should already be comfortable with the terminology, scheduling considerations, and patient coordination involved in periodontal care. We are looking for someone who can step into this environment with an existing understanding of perio scheduling and treatment flow, rather than someone learning periodontal scheduling for the first time.
Our ideal candidate brings:
You become a trusted and familiar resource for our patients while keeping the periodontal schedule organized, productive, and moving forward. You understand how periodontal treatment flows, proactively follow up with patients, and make sure recommended care doesn't fall through the cracks.
If you have strong dental front-office experience and already understand the unique scheduling needs of a periodontal practice, we'd like to hear from you.
