Job summary

Responsibilities include answering calls, routing messages, verifying eligibility, and ensuring the EHR contains complete, accurate information for provider use. Respiratory fit testing will be required as part of safety compliance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or more of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors on arrival.

• Answer calls and route per protocol.
• Enter charges into billing system accurately and timely.
• Verify patient eligibility for referrals with payer.
• Document eligibility in the EHR per protocol.
• Schedule appointments per protocol.
• Monitor queues and ensure accuracy of work queues.
