Ability Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time medical Front Office Coordinator who will be responsible for handling all functions necessary for an efficient and productive flow of patients between check-in, treatment, and check-out to join our friendly, fun, and family-oriented team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer service
  • Answering phones
  • Electronic scheduling and booking appointments
  • Data entry
  • Validating current personal and financial information
  • Verifying insurance benefits
  • Charging tickets
  • Collecting payments over the counter
  • Faxing, filing, and performing other duties as assigned
