Job summary

Allied OMS NEWCO LLC in Marble Falls, TX seeks a Front Office Lead to oversee daily front desk operations and support administrative workflows. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of front office experience in healthcare or dental settings.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, especially with children and families.
  • Proficiency in dental practice software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of insurance verification and dental terminology.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
  • Upholds patient confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients and families warmly, addressing questions professionally.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
  • Collect co-pays and support billing processes.
  • Support onboarding and training of front office team members.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management system.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and OSHA adherence.
  • Liaise with clinical staff, insurance companies, and vendors for smooth operations.
  • Monitor front office supplies and coordinate reorders.
  • Support marketing efforts including social media, emails, and local outreach.
  • Participate in staff meetings and foster a positive office culture.
  • Schedule hospital surgeries and follow up on treatments.

Position Summary:

As the Front Office Lead, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience by overseeing daily front desk operations and supporting administrative workflow. You will serve as the first point of contact for patients and families, guide front office team members, and ensure efficient, organized, and friendly service. This role is critical to maintaining the welcoming environment of our practice and ensuring seamless communication between patients, staff, and providers. Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

  • Monitor front office supply levels and coordinate reorders as necessary.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including social media updates, email communications, and local outreach
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture
  • Scheduling all hospital surgeries
  • Sending letters of treatment done on their patients
  • Following up with patients to schedule treatment as needed

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:
