Bosley HairClub in Beverly Hills is seeking a Front Office Assistant to support our Beverly Hills surgical office. The role is temporary to permanent and full-time, with a base pay of $23 per hour. This is an excellent entry into a growing aesthetics practice.

• Experience in a medical spa/salon, hospitality, real estate, or retail is a plus, with training available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule appointments, field all incoming calls.
• Confirm appointments and greet patients at check-in.
• Prepare and maintain patient charts for daily procedures.
• Process patient information, procedure notes, payments, and refunds.
• Maintain inventory of office forms and haircare products.
• Assist office staff with day-to-day tasks.
