Responsibilities

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments, field all incoming calls.
• Confirm appointments, greet patients upon check-in.
• Prepare and maintain patient charts for daily/weekly procedures.
• Process patient information, procedure notes, payments, and refunds.
• Maintain inventory of office forms, haircare products, and other office supplies.
• Assist office staff with day-to-day tasks.
