Hyatt Hotels Corporation at Royal Palms Resort and Spa in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Front Office Agent (Part Time). You will handle guest check-in/out, communicate hotel services and promotions, and be the face of Hyatt at the front desk. Prior hospitality experience is a plus and you should enjoy fast-paced guest interactions.

This hourly, part-time role starts at $20/hour. Availability on weekends/holidays is required.

Summary

Starts at $20/hour

Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquires assisting with luggage and occasionally cars. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or you have an interest in hotel clerk jobs, we'd love to hear from you!
