Job summary

Royal Palms Resort and Spa is seeking an Assistant Rooms Manager to oversee areas within the Rooms Division, including front office, guest services, and housekeeping. This role offers growth opportunities by working across multiple outlets and venues within the resort.

Responsibilities include scheduling, forecasting and staff training to ensure exceptional guest experiences. As an entry-level manager, you will lead a diverse team, leverage strong communication, organization, and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in Front Office, Housekeeping, or Rooms Operations preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel operating systems.
• Flexible to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Summary

As the Assistant Rooms Manager your responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting in overseeing any area in the Rooms Division. This can include the front office staff, guest services, and housekeeping/laundry. This position allows for great growth and development by being able to work in multiple outlets and venues across the resort. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training.
