The hourly rate for the Part-time front office agent is $25.75

The Front Office Agent enhances the check-in experience by displaying courtesy and Aloha to all guests through positive interactions and attitude. The Front Office Agent is responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquiries, and any additional assigned tasks deemed necessary by management. The front office agent is able to work independently, having autonomy, discipline and problem-solving skills to complete tasks and meet goals without constant supervision.
