Job summary

Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa is seeking a Front Office Agent for the Winter Seasonal period. You will greet guests, assist with registration and departure, and communicate hotel services and promotions to ensure a seamless guest experience.

This role requires excellent customer service, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment. The position offers hourly pay and seasonal benefits, with opportunities to grow within Hyatt’s luxury hospitality

Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented front desk experience preferred.
• Willingness to work a seasonal schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and attentive in a fast-paced luxury environment.

As a Seasonal Front Office Host, you will be one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, playing an important role in delivering the personalized, thoughtful service Park Hyatt is known for. You will welcome guests, assist with the registration and departure process, communicate hotel services and promotions, and help ensure each guest feels genuinely cared for throughout their stay.

This highly visible, guest-facing position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, anticipates guest needs, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury resort environment. Responsibilities also include processing forms of payment, responding to guest questions and requests, and partnering with colleagues across the hotel to create a seamless guest experience.

Compensation

The rate for this position is $23.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
