Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa is seeking a Front Office Host to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and promote hotel services in a luxurious, guest‑facing environment.

You will work with team members across the hotel to ensure a seamless, personalized guest experience and handle payments and guest inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain composed, welcoming, and attentive in a fast-paced environment.

As a Front Office Host, you will be one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, playing an important role in delivering the personalized, thoughtful service Park Hyatt is known for. You will welcome guests, assist with the registration and departure process, communicate hotel services and promotions, and help ensure each guest feels genuinely cared for throughout their stay.

This highly visible, guest-facing position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, anticipates guest needs, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury resort environment. Responsibilities also include processing forms of payment, responding to guest questions and requests, and partnering with colleagues across the hotel to create a seamless guest experience.

Compensation

The rate for this position is $23.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
