Job summary

Starwood Hotels seeks a friendly Front Office Agent to welcome guests and ensure a relaxing, seamless stay from arrival to departure at our San Jose property.

The position emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation; prior hospitality or front desk experience (min 1 year) and a second language are a plus.
