Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of similar work experience in hotel front office or guest service.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
• Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming front desk service at arrival and departure and throughout the guest stay.
• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and handle guest requests with professionalism.

About you...

• Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
