Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Princeville, Hawaii seeks a Front Office Agent to ensure guests’ arrivals, departures, and stays are seamless and welcoming. The role emphasizes warm, attentive service in a 24-hour operation, with at least 1 year of similar experience and fluency in a second language being a plus.

As a member of SH Hotels & Resorts, you’ll work with a dedicated team to reflect the brand’s standards and sustainable values, delivering impeccable service and memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
• Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out to ensure a smooth experience.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service and address requests or issues promptly.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk environment and coordinate with other hotel teams as needed.
• Communicate effectively to reflect Starwood Hotels' standards and guests' expectations.
