Job summary

The Lodge at Spruce Peak, under Hyatt, seeks a Front Desk Agent to be the face of the Front Office & Rooms Division. You’ll register guests, communicate hotel services, and promote offerings with a friendly, efficient approach.

Responsibilities include handling payments, answering inquiries, and contributing to a memorable guest experience in a premier Vermont resort setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Technical proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong organizational and time management discipline.
• Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Ability to adapt to changing guest needs.

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to add to our Front Office & Rooms Division team.You'll be the face of The Lodge at Spruce Peak and Hyatt as a Front Desk Agent. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or you have an interest in hotel clerk jobs, we'd love to hear from you!
