Guidehouse is seeking a Front Office Action Officer to provide onsite program management support for a DARPA client. You will coordinate actions, manage schedules, and develop briefings with subject matter experts to ensure timely deliverables.

The role requires an active Top Secret clearance, 3+ years in government-facing project support, and strong MS Office skills. DoD environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained TOP SECRET clearance.
• 3+ years of experience in project/program support and coordination.
• 2+ years of experience supporting a U.S. Government client.

Responsabilités

• Provide onsite operational and project management support for the DARPA client.
• Track office actions, deliverables, and manage program development processes.
• Schedule meetings and manage leadership calendars; maintain office timelines.
