• Active and maintained SECRET clearance
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3+ years of program administrative support experience (document creation, coordination, editing)
• Experience supporting SES-level leadership
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with technical writing, editing and product development
• Excellent prioritization and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with urgency

Aufgaben

• Provide onsite operational and project management support for the DARPA client
• Coordinate with SRO Leadership and Front Office to anticipate agency needs and scope of projects
• Present decision-making points to agency leadership with concise recommendations and alternatives
• Coordinate data calls and requests, develop guidelines with objectives and deadlines, synthesize information into high quality products
• Track open actions and ensure timely completion with counterparts
