Highgrove Dental in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator who thrives in a patient-focused environment. You will coordinate insurance benefits, explain coverage, and assist with payments at time of service to ensure smooth visits.

This role offers $2,000 sign-on bonus and hourly pay of $23–$27 depending on experience, plus 401K with match, PTO/holiday pay, and comprehensive medical, vision, life, and disability coverage to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience presenting treatment to patients in a dental office.
• 2+ years experience coordinating insurance and collecting payments at time of service.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven experience listening to patients and helping them understand their benefits

General Overview

Highgrove Dental, located in the heart of Highland Park in Saint Paul, is looking for an experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator. Sign On bonus: $2,000

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Dental operations
• Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
• Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve or MacPractice
