Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
• Ability to review, analyze and comprehend business trends.
• Ability to greet customers with a positive demeanor and energetic greeting.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment with disciplined decision making.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the entrance to reduce theft and create a secure environment.
• Identify and report theft incidents and suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Provide support in safety and security standards training for associates.
• Maintain professional appearance and greet customers to promote a sense of control.
• Collaborate with store leadership to uphold loss prevention programs.
