Job summary

Marshalls in Cincinnati, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Loss Prevention focused team member. You will deter theft, greet customers, and maintain a safe front of store with a body worn camera, while adhering to company policies and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

The role supports store teams, management, and LP to protect the brand, with responsibilities including incident reporting and safety sweeps. 0–2 years in retail or security preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years retail or security experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to take initiative and perform well independently.
• Prioritizes/organizes workload and manages time effectively.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Wear a Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service via a Company issued radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a manager.
• Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management.
