Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, retail, asset protection, loss prevention or operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrance/exit to reduce theft opportunities and maintain safety.
• Greet customers with a warm, energetic greeting and assist as needed.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty.
• Support shortage reduction programs and training for associates.
