Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper, professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss or dishonesty.
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear a company-approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and assist by directing inquiries to management or customer service.
• Position yourself at the front of the store or in a department and respond to requests.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with a manager present.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
