The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate for TJ Maxx Santa Fe. You will help deter theft, maintain a safe front-of-store area, and support store teams while wearing a Body Worn Camera and a Company-approved uniform.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional front-of-store stance.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Wear a Company-approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and provide courteous service.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service when needed.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
