HomeGoods, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., in Covington, WA, seeks an associate for Loss Prevention support. You’ll stand at the front, act as a deterrent, and wear a Body Worn Camera while ensuring a safe, friendly shopping environment.

You will greet customers, guide them to service points, and report incidents to LP and store management. The role requires independence, good judgment, and the ability to handle busy conditions.

Formación

• Experience in retail or security preferred.
• Strong communication and judgment under pressure.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Stand at the front of the store as a visible deterrent.
• Wear a body worn camera as required.
• Greet customers and direct to service desks.
• Refer inquiries to store management or LP team.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or incidents.
• Perform safety sweeps at closing.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
