Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a frontline associate to help prevent loss, assist customers, and support store operations. You will wear a Body Worn Camera, maintain a visible presence at the front of the store, and collaborate with management to uphold safety and brand standards.

The role requires strong communication, reliable decision making, and the ability to stand for long periods. 0–2 years in retail or security is acceptable, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Wear a complete Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Respond to customer requests for assistance via radio to store management or customer service.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
• Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management.
