HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention/support role to deter theft, support store operations, and maintain safety. You’ll wear a Body Worn Camera and work with store teams to uphold policy and brand values.

You must communicate well, think quickly, and manage tasks efficiently while standing for long periods. 0–2 years in retail or security is acceptable, with opportunities to grow within TJX family.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review and follow the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear a Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers with courtesy and respect.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service via a radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
