The TJX Companies, Inc. in Worcester, MA is hiring for a Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft, assist customers, and support store safety. You'll wear a body worn camera and work with the store team to uphold company policies and protect the brand.

Responsibilities include patrolling the front of the store, responding to customer requests, reporting incidents, and completing safety checks. Previous retail or security experience is welcome.

Qualificações

• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• 0-2 years retail or security experience.

Responsabilidades

• Execute core Loss Prevention responsibilities including acting as a visual deterrent and wearing a body worn camera.
• Support a positive customer shopping experience and partner with store teams and LP staff.
• Exercise sound judgment to ensure safety and protect the Company brand.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain company culture and values.
• Greet customers, assist and refer to management or customer service as needed.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform closing safety sweeps and document incidents as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
