Job summary

You will greet customers at entrances, monitor for theft, and report incidents to the Manager on Duty. You will train associates on shortage reduction programs and uphold professional appearance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to visually monitor the store environment.
• Commitment to confidentiality and to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer entering or exiting the store with a warm smile and a confident greeting.
• Monitor entrances/exits and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty.
• Support and train associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
