Job summary

MadTree Brewing Company in Blue Ash, OH, seeks a part-time Utility to support front-of-house operations and ensure seamless service. You will greet guests, assist servers and bartenders, reset tables, and maintain a clean, organized dining environment throughout the shift.

You’ll operate as a MadTree ambassador, upholding our hospitality standards, and helping us deliver memorable guest experiences while supporting sustainability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High-volume hospitality experience preferred.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service through warm, engaging interactions.
• Greet and seat guests, manage flow, and create a welcoming environment.
• Clear and reset tables quickly to keep service moving.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across dining areas and bars.
• Support servers and bartenders with pre-bussing and food running.
