Job summary

MadTree Brewing Co. in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a part-time Server for Parks & Rec to deliver warm, attentive service in a vibrant hospitality campus.

You’ll guide guests through the menu, build genuine connections, and embody the MadTree spirit of community, sustainability, and exceptional guest care. You’ll work Friday–Sunday and weeknights, with opportunities for cross-training across hospitality operations and paid volunteer time through MadTree Impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 2+ years high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests as they are seated.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders with guidance on menu items.
• Maintain knowledge of offerings, allergens, and dietary restrictions.
• Deliver orders promptly and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Process payments with accurate cash handling.
