Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests as they are seated.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and provide menu guidance.
• Maintain knowledge of offerings, including allergens and dietary restrictions.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently across service areas.
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Coordinate with other servers for balanced coverage during shifts.
• Support team during peak periods and assist with other duties as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness through pre-bussing and clearing of tables, and maintain floor upkeep.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Spend time volunteering (paid) for MadTree Impact initiatives.
