Job summary

The Yard Gym in West Hollywood is hiring a Part-Time Front of House team member to greet members, support bookings, and help deliver a high-energy, welcoming studio experience. TYG Training West Hollywood is looking for a confident, energetic and people-first Front of House team member to join our growing team.

This role is much more than standing behind a front desk.

You'll be one of the first faces our members see when they walk through the doors and play a key role in creating the energy, service and community that defines the TYG experience.

THE ROLE

You'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming members and creating an exceptional in-studio experience
• Building genuine relationships with our community
• Managing member enquiries, bookings and day-to-day front desk operations
• Following up leads, trials and prospective members
• Supporting membership sales and conversions
