Love fitness, connecting with people, and creating an amazing customer experience? FLEXX Studios, a boutique fitness studio in Burlingame, is looking for a friendly, energetic, dependable team member to join our front desk team!

We offer Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Strength Training, Barre, TRX, Kickboxing, and Yoga in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Warmly welcome clients and create an exceptional studio experience.


• Check clients into classes and manage bookings.


• Assist with memberships, class packages, and client inquiries.


• Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages professionally.


• Support client outreach, follow-ups, and studio promotions.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio.


• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
