As a Dragon Elite (Customer Service Shift Lead), you’re the heartbeat of the Balance experience. You set the tone for each guest’s visit — welcoming them with energy, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality. You’ll lead by example, helping the team deliver exceptional service and keep our operations running smoothly.

• Keep It Clean & Safe: Maintain a spotless, organized workspace that meets health and safety standards.
• Support Smooth Operations: Restock, rotate inventory (FIFO), and help with food storage to keep everything running efficiently.
