Job summary

Balance Grille in Toledo, OH is hiring a Line Cook (Samurai) to join a fast-paced, made-from-scratch kitchen. You’ll work across grill, wok, and cook line, building bowls and tacos while keeping your station clean and food-safe.

Starting at $15/hr with room to grow, all shifts available, weekly pay, and opportunities to advance into leadership. We’ll train the right person who shows reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation to commute to Toledo, OH.
• Can thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen.
• Willing to train the right person.
• Restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cook proteins, rice, and noodles with speed and consistency
• Work across grill, wok, and cook line
• Build bowls and tacos according to Balance Grille recipes and standards
• Keep station clean, organized, and food-safe
• Assist with prep, dishwashing, and station rotation
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

WHAT YOU’LL DO
