About the Role

As a Dragon Elite (Customer Service Shift Lead), you’re the heartbeat of the Balance experience. You set the tone for each guest’s visit - welcoming them with energy, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality. You’ll lead by example, helping the team deliver exceptional service and keep our operations running smoothly.

Be a Menu Pro: Know our menu inside and out - from ingredients and allergens to flavor pairings - and help guests find their perfect order.
Keep Orders Spot-On: Double-check accuracy, quality, and presentation before every meal leaves the counter.
Drive Sales with Passion: Recommend your favorites and help guests explore new items or upgrades.
Keep It Clean & Safe: Maintain a spotless, organized workspace that meets health and safety standards.
Support Smooth Operations: Restock, rotate inventory (FIFO), and help with food storage to keep everything running efficiently.
