Job summary

Chick-fil-A Destin is seeking a Team Leader who embodies our core values and serves guests with a servant’s heart. The role supports senior leadership, drives daily operations, and coaches team members to uphold service and quality standards in a fast-paced dining environment.

PM shifts, full-time or part-time, with pay up to $21/hour depending on experience. You’ll mentor staff, ensure food safety, and maintain a positive culture while delivering the famous Chick-fil-A experience to every guest.

Qualifications

• Must have a friendly demeanor and strong guest interaction.
• Eye contact maintained consistently during interactions.
• Speaking enthusiastically to guests and team.
• Ability to form emotional connections with guests.
• Reliable transportation to and from the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Work in all kitchen staff roles.
• Implement proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.
• Produce high quality food with precision and accuracy.
• Offer immediate and respectful response to guests' needs.
• Assist in training of new hires and set the tone for a shift; be a role model for the team.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.

Job description

A Team Leader is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture, and has a servant’s heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of operational excellence and our recipe for service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Position Details

• Full-time or Part-time
• PM Shifts: Monday-Saturday 2:00pm to 11:00pm
• Pay: Up to $21/hr (depends on availability & experience)

Back of House Team Leader Responsibilities

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is preferred but not required
