Zaxby's is looking for front of house team members who will warmly welcome guests, provide friendly hospitality, and deliver a craving-worthy experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will help with order taking, guest questions, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency at the counter and POS.

Responsibilities

• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Extend a warm and friendly greeting to all guests
• Explain our menu and answer product questions
• Enter guests orders accurately into the POS system
• Present orders to guests, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Prep beverages and assist in preparing items such as sauces, salads, produce, etc.
• Clean and maintain all guest areas
• Additional customer service related tasks
