Job summary

Grove Bay Concessions is seeking a highly organized FOH supervisor to support restaurant operations at Federal Hill. You will assist multiple departments, coach hourly staff, and handle day-to-day administrative duties.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment with strong communication skills and a commitment to service excellence. This non-exempt role is eligible for overtime under applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Past supervisory experience preferred in a venue or Grove Bay restaurant.
• English fluency required; multiple language abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Grove Bay SOPs and Hotel/restaurant standards.
• Coach hourly team members and provide on-the-spot guidance.
• Handle guest issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Perform administrative tasks including calendar management, emails, and reports.
• Assist with data entry, meetings, and document preparation.
• Support multiple Grove Bay locations as needed.
