Job summary

Grove Bay Hospitality Group in Miami is seeking a Front-of-House Supervisor to bridge BOH and FOH operations at Regatta Grove, delivering exceptional hospitality and guiding guests through the dining experience.

The role requires multitasking, strong product knowledge, the ability to work late nights, weekends, holidays and events with advance notice, and the capacity to stand for long hours and lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervision or guest services preferred.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, nightlife environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional hospitality to guests to our company standards and core values
• Ensures all togo supplies are ordered and are available for each shift
• Maintains visibility throughout the entire shift to assist guests with ordering
• Coordinates and directs food runners to ensure food is delivered to guests in a timely manner
• Focuses on customer experience and educates customers on how to order food
• Possesses excellent menu knowledge including allergy and dietary restriction information and awareness
• Assist BOH staff with delivering food and organizing orders
• Provides end of the night reports to executive management team
• Radio Communication point person to food runners and management
